ATT B (DAY 1) : SOC

Cao keng BMT for Dummies 017:

be gan cheong during SOC... go knock into some pole. may ATTN C but confirm ATT B.

as my title of today's post explains... today i am on status again. so for today and the rest of the following 3 days no physical training for me. today the rest of the company had their first SOC lesson... learn how to jump off the high elements (don't play play ok.... jumping in the army is a big thing.. must learn one) basically as i cannot take part. i also went to listen. jumping involves 4 important things when we land, they are:

land on the balls of your feet
feets shoulder width apart
knees slightly bent when you land
hand push out (90 degrees with your body) and hold the rifle there

oh i forgot the 5th point... shout... hiak! when you land (they like to ask the recuits to shout... they say can scare away the enemies... hmmm...)

as for today... they did not ask me go and pull out grass on the road...(sounds nice huh... read the second part) they ask me to go upstairs.. take my shovel down and dig the soil... -#$#@$##

then in the afternoon, we went to IMT for lesson 1,2 and 3 basically adopting a standing position in a hole and shoot at the target (called canadian bull) and aim and shoot at it. this is mainly to get a accurate shot. (zeroing) and basically this marks my ATT B day 1

Countdown ticker Stands at:
