slack+busy day?

the day is like this.. restless but have to be busy... woke up at 2pm... OMG u can see how tired i was the day before.. slept through a full 12 hours.. without waking up once in between... at 2pm.. although felling restless still... -lasy bone... i have to get up to go Bras Basah to get the die cut stickers for the EXCO honour board and the Entrance signage... finally ordered it at Art sign.. they will install it on 16th August also.. just in time for the installation ceremony... following which went to art friend to check out the 50% discount for members... got some ready cut vinyl tapes for the EXCO room monthly planner...so cheap... after the 50% discount.. haha

after which went to bugis junction world of sports.. decided that i should spend my 50 dollar voucher from there as it is expiring soon. got myself a black nike drifit polo shirt at $47.95 there goes $50.. hahah but better then having it expired and become worthless...then went to grab a bite at tako pachi.. bought bacon and cheese... -my favourite and treated myself to the Japanese ice cream (opposite tako pachi at bugis junction basement.. but forgotten its name) it is very nice.. should try.. ate the green tea one...

At night after dinner, sat myself down to design the invite for the EXCO installation ceremony on the 25th of august... as shown in the picture of the day.. the design will be in matt lamination and the green "logo" on the cover of the invite will be spot lamination... -imagine a bit la...

the logo actually has meaning... it is made up from the republic poly's "stroke of vigour" formed into a "circle" the it is formed this way that there will be a continous "loop" meaning the unlimited possibilities of the new council. the 3 strokes represents the 3 groups, students and MCs of the polytechnic, the EXCO and also the external colloborators working harmoniously... will print it after the EXCOs approve it.. monday will be the day where name cards will also be printed for all of them... at least for the current 15


tomorrow going for a haircut.. i need one seriously... and then maybe joining the 64bit guys at NUS.. see first la...
