THE LAST BOOK IN
today is my last book in to pulau tekong as a recruit (hopefully my last too in my NS life) anyway… woke up early today for a jog.. dunno why.. just feel like jogging.. anyway then met amos at beach road.. the stupid taxi driver our to con me sia.. make a super duper big detour to beach road… #@@!#$#
anyway was like 15 minutes late went to concourse to get chirstmas deco for the school 1 cookhouse which our platoon is tasked to decorate… then went on to bugis junction where we had lunch at yoshinoya… not a mcdonalds – recall song “where we had lunch at mcdonalds…we had fillet and an apple pie….” Then took a train to expo… amos bought an ipod video which he quite have been wanting to get it since BMT started… and we left the place simply too crowded….. not suitable for people carrying duffel bags and walking around….
Then went to pasir ris to have dinner and then got my ben and jerry – yes.. ben and jerry pasir ris is finally open!!!!! Happy. After the ice cream we went for our last book in.. something funny happened on the fast craft… the TV was showing Lord of the rings – return of the king.. everybody was enjoying the show until when the orc appeared and nitin shouted : “eh..Boon chin” everybody laughed as everyone saw the resemblance of him and the character…
That for our last book in.. 3 More days to POP!!!
