BOOK OUT !!

today's 4KM fast march was a killer... super tired.... i think its beacuse i haven really recovered from the IPPT 2 days ago.. when at the 3KM .. my legs totally dont belong to me... super painful la... and also the field pack was different. besides having the standard items, we had to add signal set batteries to simulate as weight... and yes.. today is not a fast march... it is a so called slow run.. because half of the time i am running -sheesh reminds me of the SIT test fast march with the stretcher... and we must sing throughout the march.. besides that, we have to finish the whole 4Km in 36minutes... which was like impossible... we finished in like 39 minutes.. and we failed the march... so we are suppose to do it again.. and god knows when...

we were supposed -yes i repeat supposed to get our formation badge after the fast march today.. but due to no stock at the HQ, we dont get it.. how nice...

before we booked out, SIF was kind enough to present the batallion with a christmas log cake.. which we feasted on as i am really really hungry the march... thanks SFI...

going out with weixiong and jian min for movies tomorrow..
