Day 02 - Adapting

Had CPT 01 today.. this is a set of warm up exercises in the SAF.. all combat fit males.. will know this if they have gone through BMT.. super shagged la... ppl do 1 set.. we do 4 sets.. cos other people dont do properly.. whole company suffer.. so have to do extra... this exercises are straineous lor... after which suppose to have some other activities which was cancelled due to CAT 1.. rain... then after which went to another series of lectures again.. i finally concluded today.. BMTC food really SUCKS...
